Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on production equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
• Document maintenance activities and report on machinery status and performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in food manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
