    • Communicate downtime and expected resolution timelines to operations leadership

    Contractor Coordination

    • Schedule and coordinate contractor work to ensure quality, timeliness, and scope adherence

    General Labor & Facility Support

    • Support general plant organization and cleanliness

    Grounds Maintenance

    • Perform light groundskeeping including weeding, salting sidewalks, and supplemental snow removal as needed
    • Fill gaps when contracted services are delayed or during heavy weather conditions

    • Support corrective actions from audits and inspections

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred
    • Strong mechanical aptitude; able to handle basic repairs independently
    • Experience coordinating contractors or vendors is a plus
    • Willingness to perform physical, hands-on work daily
    • Organized, dependable, and responsive
    • Able to prioritize tasks and follow through without constant supervision
