We are looking for a thorough and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician for a group of luxury apartment communities in Sheffield Village. This person will be part of our growing maintenance team, and will be responsible for turning vacated apartments and performing a variety of maintenance tasks in occupied and vacated apartments. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently but also work well with other team members and tenants, and will be personable, reliable, responsible and meticulous. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. As a small family-owned company, we can also offer schedule flexibility upon completion of training.
We are a multigenerational, family-owned real estate development, construction and property management company based out of Sandusky, Ohio. We have several apartment and office communities throughout Erie and Lorain Counties, though most of our properties are located in Sheffield Village. We have a great team, including several who have been with our company for 20+ years, and we would love to add another loyal employee to our team!
Pay rate is flexible based upon experience. Life and Health insurance offered, 401(k) and paid vacation time upon eligibility.
