    Maintenance Technician in Louisville, KY  

    Starting pay: $29.00-34.00 hourly. 

    Shift: 10:00 AM-8:45 PM- Monday through Thursday. Overtime might be available. 

    Weekly pay! 

    Sign on bonus of $1,000!!

      

    We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support daily plant operations. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with a trades background or recent technical school graduates. Positive, eager to learn, and ready to grow in their career.  

      

    Key Responsibilities May Include  

    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.  
    • Perform routine and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.  
    • Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
    • Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.  
    • Assist with fabrication, welding, motors, conveyors, and basic PLC troubleshooting.  
    • Maintain safe work practices and follow all plant safety procedures. 
    • Perform other duties as assigned. 

      

    Qualifications 

    • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
    • Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills. 
    • Experience or training in mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, or related maintenance trades is a plus. 
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment drawings 
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced industrial/manufacturing environment. 
    • Commitment to safety, quality, and following established procedures. 
    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team. 
    • Capable of frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending, and kneeling 
    • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
