Position Overview: Lead Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform maintenance in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, leading maintenance initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support maintenance team members
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, fabrication equipment, and facility systems
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with CNC and metal fabrication equipment highly preferred
• Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues and drive solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
