Position Overview: Lead Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform maintenance in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, leading maintenance initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.
️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support maintenance team members
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, fabrication equipment, and facility systems
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with CNC and metal fabrication equipment highly preferred
- Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues and drive solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
