What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician II with The Arc Columbia-Saratoga, you'll support 17 of our residential homes and 5 of our day programs, performing a variety of tasks such as: 

• General repairs including patching, painting, and routine maintenance
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues associated with doors, fixtures and building systems
• Applying your skills daily in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or heating 
• Ensuring that all locations operated by The Arc Columbia-Saratoga (throughout Saratoga County) remain safe and in excellent condition
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide support as needed 

No two days in this role are the same - your versatility will be the key to success in this role.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years in a least one trade
• Valid driver's license 
• HS diploma/GED preferred
