HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Industrial industry!
Salary: $28-33/hr (based on experience)
Shift: Split Shift 6 AM - 2:30 PM M-F
Location: Green Bay, WI
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with all maintenance activities across the facility to support efficient operations and equipment reliability.
- Support the repair, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, including steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Identify and resolve safety concerns in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.
- Perform both indoor and outdoor housekeeping and maintenance-related tasks.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service logs, and equipment status.
- Read and interpret maintenance literature and blueprints to support repairs and equipment upgrades.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military setting.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance literature and blueprints written in English.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of boiler systems.
- HVAC experience.
- Experience performing welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.
