From completing service requests and troubleshooting maintenance issues to conducting preventative maintenance and preparing apartments for new residents, you'll play a key role in ensuring Brenwood Park remains a welcoming and attractive community.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other building componentsComplete assigned work orders efficiently and professionallyAssist with apartment turnovers, including preparing units for new residentsConduct routine, preventative, and scheduled maintenance throughout the communityMaintain grounds, common areas, and building amenities to company standardsCoordinate vendor and contractor services as neededPerform safety inspections and identify potential maintenance concernsAssist with maintaining repair and maintenance budgetsRespond to emergencies and report accidents or safety concerns promptlySupport nearby Oakbrook communities when neededParticipate in an on-call rotation scheduleDemonstrate and uphold Oakbrook's Core ValuesPerform other duties as assignedAre You the Maintenance Technician We're Looking For?The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent customer service for our senior community.
