Location: Fort Worth, TX 76155
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to support the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and facility systems within a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and minimizing downtime to keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, diagnose, and replace defective components using hand and power tools.
• Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Assist with conveyor systems and other material handling equipment.
• Order replacement parts and coordinate with outside vendors when necessary.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or military environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals written in English.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred

• Experience performing MIG, TIG, ARC welding, cutting, or brazing.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with formal safety programs.
• Lockout/Tagout experience.
• Conveyor maintenance experience.
