Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance on drive-thru and related equipment (audio/video systems, drive-in units, etc.). Diagnose and repair basic electrical issues (motors, circuit wires, fixtures, lamps, ballasts).

Maintenance Technician – El Paso, TX

A well-established company in El Paso is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance on drive-thru and related equipment (audio/video systems, drive-in units, etc.)
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, and valves; clear obstructions as needed
• Complete minor carpentry work (cabinet installation, door locks/closures, etc.)
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical issues (motors, circuit wires, fixtures, lamps, ballasts)
• Conduct HVAC maintenance and basic repairs
• Move and lift furniture and equipment between buildings
• Perform preventive maintenance (changing filters, cleaning coils)
• Follow safety regulations while operating company vehicle
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance
• Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Flexible schedule; ability to work outdoors and at heights
• Overtime and weekend availability as needed

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday (rotating): 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Rotating schedule for after-hours emergencies

Pay: $17.40 – $22.00 per hour
