Maintenance Technician - 169008

Responsibilities: Support Set-to-Work (STW) activities to safely energize Direct Impact Systems for the first time Execute STW protocols alongside engineering and project teams Prepare tools, equipment, and resources required to meet project schedules Perform system walkdowns using P&IDs to verify equipment and system readiness Assist with startup activities for bioreactors, water systems, preparation tanks, and other process equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform corrective work as needed Repair leaks, secure valves, and address system deficiencies before commissioning Support calibration and field activities required for system functionality Work closely with engineers, technicians, and commissioning teams to ensure systems are ready for qualification Follow all site safety procedures and GMP requirements Operate lifts and other equipment safely (training provided).
