    Position Summary: 

    PMI Aspire is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This is a mobile position, responsible for servicing multiple residential and/or commercial properties in the Denver metro area. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.

    As a key part of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including general repairs, preventive maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and responding to work orders in a timely manner. Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ability to travel between multiple properties throughout the day

    • Must supply and maintain basic personal tools

    • Demonstrated experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade

    • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities

    • Knowledge and practice of preventative maintenance techniques

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 year of Maintenance or Construction background

    • Attention to detail and organized

    • Must be motivated and have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement may be available)

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $27.00
