Site Services Supervisor
Albuquerque, NM 
  • Competitive Pay ($110 - $120k per year + Monthy Bonus)

Primary Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for overall maintenance supervision and ensures that established maintenance protocol is adhered to in the manufacturing of silicon wafers. This position also communicates daily maintenance goals to subordinates and manages to meet plan as well as interfaces across functional lines to address maintenance related issues. Provides supervisory guidance and direction to employees to maintain a productive workforce

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Ensures the priorities and work schedules are adhered to in all maintenance areas. Checks on the progress and quality of the work.
  • Gathers and analyses information necessary to achieve the overall maintenance priorities.
  • Represents the company and communicates company priorities and directions to personnel. Ensures the company policies are being adhered to.
  • Manages Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing priorities.
  • Makes the decision on when and who to call in critical situations.
  • Encourages and facilitates the constructive resolution of conflict.
  • Promotes cooperation and teamwork.
  • Handles all employee disciplinary action in the absence of an Area Supervisor.
  • Enforces area protocols and cleanliness.
  • Leads and facilitates continuous improvement.
  • Provides management feedback and recognition for work well done.
  • Proactive management of company safety programs.
  • Maintains performance documentation including safety and training.
  • Assist with all Site Services Audits (Internal and External)
  • Schedules and oversees contractors as needed for PM's and repairs
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Skills Required:
Associate degree in a related field and 7+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities. Or an equivalent amount of related experience, education and/or formal job-related training.
  • Working knowledge of electronics, mechanics semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills such as active listening, problem solving, facilitation, working with all levels of the organization, ability to influence, as well as work effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate exceptional process knowledge, and be able to interpret technical data, operating and maintenance instructions, and company specifications.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Able to push/pull/lift with exertion up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and /or 50 lbs. of force frequently.
  • Long periods of standing and walking
  • Various movements including climbing, balancing, sitting, stooping, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, feeling, and gripping.
  • Handling of toxic, corrosive, or flammable chemicals
  • May need to work in wet environment
  • May need to work in small spaces
  • Use of personal protective equipment may be required, such as but not limited to safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes.
  • If necessary, may need to wear respiratory protection.
