Arcan Capital is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of maintenance operations at one of our multifamily communities and build a team that takes pride in its work.This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll run the service request system (with a goal of closing requests within 24 hours), manage make-readies and preventive maintenance, and still get your hands dirty on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
