We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of a fast-paced manufacturing facility. - $70, 000–$80, 000 annually, based on experience
- Monday–Friday
- 7: 00 AM–3: 30 PM
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Coordinate repairs, spare parts inventory, and outside vendors.
- Support production by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability.
- Maintain maintenance records, KPIs, and OSHA compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required;technical education preferred.
- 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with PLCs, automated equipment, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7: 00 AM–3: 30 PM.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional travel to Canada.
- Ability to pass a background check.
