Maintenance Mechanic
Pay: 19–21/hour
Starting pay based on experience and skills

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 5:00 AM–2:00 PM
Weekends: Saturday/Sunday based on schedule and on-call duties
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician responsible for the care and maintenance of property and production assets in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, and able to handle a variety of maintenance needs while supporting daily operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems.
• Read and interpret technical procedures, service manuals, and work orders.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools and handling equipment.
• Follow all required safety practices, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and required PPE.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and other standards.
• Ability to quickly identify materials.
• Ability to regularly lift 25–50 pounds.
• Must be able to pass a Hazmat exam.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or related experience/training.
