About the Role

The position ensures equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently while developing a skilled maintenance team. The role contributes to maximizing uptime and plant performance through collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a Zero Incident safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead incident investigations and manage corrective actions.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of six maintenance technicians.
  • Conduct performance reviews and build training programs.
  • Support troubleshooting and critical equipment repairs.
  • Improve equipment reliability and drive improvements in uptime and overall reliability.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and manage predictive maintenance programs.
  • Lead root cause analysis and eliminate repeat failures.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects involving PLC upgrades, reliability improvements, and safety enhancements.
  • Manage maintenance budget, capital planning, and spare parts inventory.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • 3 years of maintenance leadership experience.
  • Experience with industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience with CMMS systems.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
