This role is essential to ensuring our facilities and mobile operations remain safe, reliable, and fully operational.We're looking for someone with hands-on maintenance experience and the ability to troubleshoot and repair fleet vehicles. This position requires a high school diploma or GED.Location: Tulsa, OKPay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience plus shift differential and holiday pay; tenure bonuses, employee referral bonusesBenefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401(k), paid-time-off, $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement, etcDays: Monday through FridayHours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; may varyPrimary Responsibilities:FacilitiesUse and update a work order system for all requests of the centerPerform checks of facility, grounds and parking lots and report deficiencies Inspect for damaged ceiling tiles as neededInspect for or repair light fixtures Troubleshoot basic electrical issuesPerform basic plumbing tasks (sinks, toilets, drains, etc.)Perform basic inspection of facility roofs as neededFleet Provide total vehicle maintenance of fleetTrack daily vehicle repairs, pending and completedMaintain accurate records of usage, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all vehiclesSee that all vehicles are kept in proper running order and complete appropriate inspections in a timely manner (including inspection of external lights and trailer lights for vehicles being used on a weekly basis)Make recommendations on vehicle replacement/repair decisionsPerforms and/or monitors the completion of scheduled and non-scheduled preventive maintenance actionsEnsures vehicle maintenance and parts invoices are approved and routed for payment on a weekly basisEvaluate the most cost-effective method to complete vehicle repairs, internal or externalMake recommendations or ideas of vendors and service providersIf you're a dependable maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, working with vehicles and facilities, and supporting a mission that saves lives, we'd love to hear from you.
