Perform a combination of preventative maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting and electrical maintenance throughout property. Must possess an EPA card and or certifications in at least (2) of the following areas: Plumbing and refrigeration Welding and sheet metal Experience in repair and troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment, electrical switch gear, panels, high and low voltage AC circuits Knowledge of audio, video, T.V. and control circuits Experience in repair of kitchen appliances, small motors, and electronics Must possess high school diploma Ability to read, write and speak and understand English ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand for long periods of time. Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking. Work area is both indoors and outdoors and subject to variable temperatures. May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights.
