Maintenance Engineer - Bode Nashville

About the role

• Bode Nashville is looking for a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help keep our property running smoothly. You'll work alongside our Maintenance Team in properly maintaining our guest rooms, common areas, and building systems while ensuring a safe and exceptional experience for our guests and team!

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance requests, painting touch-ups, preventative maintenance, and repairs throughout the property.
• Respond to requests quickly and professionally.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
• Assist with property improvement projects and vendor coordination as needed.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Follow all safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, residential, commercial, or general property maintenance preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and service-focused.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and/or HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
