This role involves sorting incoming and outgoing mail, operating postage machines and printers, and assisting with additional mailroom or office support tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.Key Responsibilities: Manage copy center, mailroom, conference room, AV, and office support services. Operate, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain copiers, printers, and high-end production equipment. Perform bindery, fulfillment, quality control, final checks, and pickup/delivery tasks. Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and meet quality standards. Maintain inventory of supplies, toner, paper, and equipment parts. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform minor equipment repairs. Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional. Complete required reports and maintain productivity standards. Provide excellent customer service and professional communication with clients. Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years of related experience required; 5 years preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to learn and operate office/mailroom equipment. Reliable attendance and punctuality required.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, and light lifting up to 10 lbs.
