Job Title: Mail Services Associate
Job Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
Job Duration: 6 Months (Potential for extension)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:
Summary
As a Client Mail & Print Services Assistant, you will be responsible for all aspects of mailroom operations for a building or campus.

Resource's Typical Working Day
  • Working within the client shipping center
  • Taking passport photos
  • Processing outgoing shipments using FedEx, USPS, and Client
  • Using a mailing system for outbound shipments and tracking
  • Candidates who have filled a similar role would be preferred
  • Position requires standing for the majority of the day
  • Includes lifting up to 50 lbs.

Years of Experience Needed
  • True entry-level position
  • No experience required
  • 1+ years of experience as a notary or working in a mailing role preferred

Level of Education
  • High School Diploma

Systems/Software Proficiencies
  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ready to learn

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Notary certification
  • Lithium battery certification
  • Prior mailing experience

Interview Process
  • In-person
  • 30 minutes

Safety Requirements
General Requirements
  • Complete all required and assigned HSE training satisfactorily
  • Follow all activity policies and procedures
  • Follow all HSE-related requirements at all times
  • Participate in HSE programs and activities, including:
    • Incident investigations
    • Interviews
    • Audits
    • Assessments
  • Report any condition that could result in an accident or injury
  • Stop work if required
Additional Safety Responsibilities
  • Understand safe work practices and procedures
  • Be aware of hazards associated with the work environment
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
  • Apply proper material handling techniques
  • Operate warehouse equipment and machinery only when:
    • Properly trained
    • Qualified
    • Authorized

  • Pallet jacks
  • Manlifts
