Prepare process and equipment per work order requirements
Maintain and update database information
Make sure proper materials, equipment, and inspection procedures are in place
Work with quality team to make sure product is within specification and that inspections are conducted in accordance with requirements
Record appropriate operational metrics and statistical process control data
Conduct preventative process maintenance procedures and follow defined schedules to enable minimal downtime and consistent process operation
Organize and rack raw materials for the process
Loan and unload material required according to work orders
Work with the quality and engineering teams to develop and implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and performance
Operation of equipment will vary according to the process but may include forklift, crane, hand tools, power tools, web rollers, pumps, cameras, lasers, etc.
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in manufacturing or technician role encompassing operator and lead operator duties with experience in safety procedures, production, material handling, quality, shipping, and process improvements
Experience working with cross functional teams is a must
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to act with integrity, respect, honesty, professionalism, and confidentiality
Must be comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs.
Comfortable standing for long periods of time and climbing tall stairs and ladders
