• Operate production machinery, including cutting, threading, and finishing equipment
• Load raw materials and monitor machine output throughout the shift
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, defects, and proper measurements
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures
• Complete production logs, counts, and documentation
• Assist with packaging, staging, and moving materials as needed
• Communicate equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency goals
