Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour (Increases to $18.50/hour upon hire!)

Job Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and cleaning production equipment used to print labels, apply labels, fill containers, and aerosolize products. Daily responsibilities include:
  • Set up, change over, adjust, and operate production equipment
  • Operate filling, labeling, printing, aerosolizing equipment, and transfer pumps
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment between production runs
  • Retrieve raw materials and prepare products for production
  • Verify and measure accurate fill weights
  • Complete production paperwork and documentation
  • Enter production data into the company's ERP system
  • Perform hand pouring and manual filling when required
  • Close cases using handheld or automatic taping equipment
  • Prepare customer samples
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
  • Perform other production duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Stable work history
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Comfortable completing production paperwork and basic computer data entry
  • Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
  • Ability to use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and mallets
  • Good vision and depth perception for machine setup and operation
  • Ability to work in a GMP manufacturing environment
Physical & Facility Requirements
  • Must wear required PPE, including Tyvek suits, eye protection, gloves, and foot protection as needed
  • Steel Toe boots/shoes are required (safety glasses provided by the company)
  • All jewelry and piercings must be removable or able to be completely covered due to GMP requirements
