    Machine & Building Maintenance Technician

    We are looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and broad mechanical knowledge. This role combines machine maintenance with general building maintenance across two locations.

    Key Responsibilities
    ·        Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and routine servicing of machinery
    ·        Diagnose and repair issues related to: 
    o   Air systems
    o   Hydraulic systems
    o   Electrical systems
    ·        Support ongoing machine reliability and uptime
    ·        Handle general building maintenance, including: 
    o   Electrical systems
    o   Heating and cooling systems
    o   Plumbing
    o   Structural components (doors, windows, roof, gutters)
    ·        Communicate with vendors, service technicians, alarm companies, and municipal/fire inspectors
    ·        Maintain computerized communication records and service coordination

    Qualifications
    ·        Proven experience in machine and building maintenance
    ·        Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
    ·        Comfortable working at heights
    ·        Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    ·        Computer-capable for vendor and service coordination
    ·        Dependable and able to work independently across multiple locations

    Work Schedule
    ·        Maintenance Hours: To be determined based on operational needs, Typical hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday
