Build Machines That Matter

We're seeking an experienced Machine Builder to join a leading manufacturer of precision lapping, grinding, honing, and polishing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical assembly, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and likes seeing a machine come together from the ground up.
If you're comfortable working independently, interpreting blueprints, and assembling custom automation equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble custom industrial machinery and automation equipment from mechanical drawings and blueprints.
  • Build mechanical systems using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Install and align mechanical components, assemblies, and subassemblies.
  • Verify proper fit, function, and quality throughout the assembly process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical assembly issues as they arise.
  • Work independently while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams as needed to complete builds on schedule.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Machine Builder, Mechanical Assembler, or Automation Equipment Builder.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and assembly drawings.
  • Experience assembling custom machinery or automation equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work and meeting project deadlines.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
  • Competitive pay up to $40/hour
  • Contract through the end of the year with the possibility of extension or permanent hire
  • Opportunity to build custom machinery—not repetitive production assembly
  • Stable first-shift schedule
  • Join a team that values craftsmanship, quality, and technical expertise
If you're looking for your next hands-on challenge and enjoy bringing complex machinery to life, we'd love to connect.

Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
