Summary:
Work under direct supervision from Team Lead and/or manager.
Work Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities:
Assemble multiple styles of driver barrier doors using blueprints, electrical wiring diagrams, and Process Standards Sheets (PSS).
Use a computer to access the latest drawing of V-Shield for assembly.
Assemble sub-assemblies and final assembly panels using Bill of Material.
Utilize pneumatic, hand, electric, and torque tools to attach and secure components and subassemblies to a panel.
Adjust components as needed and certify quality of assembly or sub-assembly.
Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and needs.
Document actions by completing production and quality logs.
Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge.
Ensure a safe working environment and good housekeeping practices.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; technical studies preferred.
Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to follow instructions and management directives.
