Looking for Restaurant Manager to join our team. Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, manage finances, provide excellent guest experience and maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience.
Responsibility:
- Supervise team members to ensure the highest quality of guest service
- Communicate with guests to improve the guest experience
- Supervise and train staff
- Payroll/Scheduling
- Oversee day to day operations
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in Restaurant/Floor Manager
- Wine and Beverage knowledge
- Dining Room Etiquette
- Administrative/Scheduling/Payroll experience
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Ability to make decisions on imperfect infomation
- Agility in multitasking
- Proven ability to influence a team and achieve results.
- Flexibility and creative problem-solving ability.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation.
- Fluency in job related English both verbal and non-verbal.
