Help receive and check deliveries.
Keep perishables and dry goods properly rotated and stored.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT — DELIVER THE OMG EXPERIENCE
Handle buffet-related concerns fast — minimum of 5 guest surveys per seating.
Keep every food station clean, stocked, and picture-ready.
Coordinate with Box Office staff so service flows without a hitch.
Resolve guest complaints with a smile and a solution.
Know your allergens inside and out — full knowledge required, no guessing.

Basic culinary training or relevant kitchen experience — smoker knowledge is a big plus.
Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
The ability to lead and motivate a small team like a true team captain.
Great communication with both your crew and your Managers on Duty.
A fast-paced, under-pressure environment doesn't rattle you — it fuels you.
WORK ENVIRONMENT — THIS AIN'T A DESK JOB
Fast-paced buffet kitchen, full of action.
Requires standing for long periods and heavy lifting — bring your stamina.
Scheduling includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
