The Role
Rhode Island Fast Ferry is seeking Lot Attendants / Customer Service Representatives for our summer season (May - October). These are full-time, seasonal positions based at our North Kingstown terminal.
This is a great opportunity for high school and college students, or anyone looking for an active, outdoor role. As a Lot Attendant, you'll be one of the first and last points of contact for our customers—helping create a smooth and positive experience.
What You'll Do

Greet customers and assist with parking and directions

Collect parking fees and handle cash/credit transactions

Provide friendly, helpful customer service and answer questions

Assist with traffic flow and lot organization during busy periods

Help maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas and grounds

Support general operations and other team needs as required
