Job Summary

The Logistic Tech I - CORHLT is responsible for the secure and efficient transport of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, laboratory specimens, equipment, and sensitive materials across Correctional Health clinical sites and detention facilities. It ensures strict adherence to safety, security, infection control, and chain-of-custody protocols while supporting timely and accurate delivery operations. The position also maintains effective communication and coordination to uphold operational continuity and safeguard the integrity of transported items.

Minimum Qualifications

School Education:

High School Diploma (Or) GED-High School Equivalency

Licenses & Certifications:

Commercial Drivers License (Preferred)

Texas Driver's License

Work Experience:

Two (2) Years Work Experience in general transportation, logistics, warehouse, healthcare delivery, or supply chain operations in a regulated or secure environment (healthcare, correctional, institutional, or governmental setting preferred) Preferred

Flexible (Must be able to work variable shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays to support Correctional Health operations.)
