JOB TITLE: Logistics Operations Specialist
LOCATION: San Jose, CA
DURATION: 6 Months
PAY RANGE: $30/hr.

Description:

• Support daily logistics operations (Tracking, Transportation, following up on shipment discrepancies)
• Resolve customs clearance issues with customs brokers
• Review and process logistics vendor invoices
• Monitor incident reports for shipment exceptions and take corrective actions.
• Location: On-site at our San Jose office/headquarters 5 days a week

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Logistics Management, Transportation, and Import/Export compliance preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experienced with the classification process - Excellent with MS Excel (v-lookup, formulas, pivot tables)
