Logistics Material Technician, Reach/Counterbalance Operations

Our distribution center relies on precise material flow. As a Logistics Material Technician, you drive that flow—shuttling finished goods from assembly to outbound, receiving inbound materials, and recording each move to keep our counts exact. Your expertise with reach and counterbalance forklifts helps us meet goals across departments and deliver quality service every time.

Your impact

• Use gas or electric reach and counterbalance forklifts to transport and stage materials.
• Complete shipments from assembly using the correct systems and transactions.
• Receive and put away materials; maintain accurate inventory locations in Epicor.
• Load and unload semi-trailers with attention to safety and pallet integrity.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed while following all company policies and regulations.

Grow your capabilities

• Work cross-functionally with department leads to hit daily and weekly targets.
• Build proficiency with ERP (Epicor), RF scanners, and tablets.
• Apply basic computer skills and math to ensure transaction accuracy and problem-solving.
• Leverage or develop MHE skills; operate basic hand tools (air drivers, wrenches, etc.).

What you bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 12 months related warehouse experience, including at least 1 year operating material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of warehouse product movement and the importance of accurate inventory transactions.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; strong work ethic; effective both independently and on a team.

Physical demands

• Standing and walking 8+ hours per day, including long-distance walking.
• Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds; bending and stooping.
• Climbing step stools/small ladders when needed.
