Job Description:- The Machine Staging & Packaging Associate is responsible for ensuring that completed machines are prepared and secured according to factory standards prior to shipment. The primary focus of this role is the proper placement of foam, tape, and other protective materials to prevent machine movement and potential damage during transit.
- The role requires close coordination and continuous communication with the Staging Management team to ensure that priority machines are processed in the correct sequence and remain on schedule.
Responsibilities:- Prepare completed machines for shipment in accordance with established factory standards and procedures.
- Properly position and secure foam, tape, and protective materials to prevent movement during transportation.
- Inspect machines and packaging to ensure they are properly secured and ready for shipment.
- Follow routine written procedures, work instructions, notices, and safety requirements.
- Maintain continuous communication with the Staging Management team regarding machine priorities and workflow.
- Ensure priority machines are processed and moved to the next stage in the required sequence.
- Work effectively with team members to achieve departmental and production objectives.
- Coordinate individual activities with team priorities and contribute to joint decisions.
- Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Identify and communicate any packaging, staging, or process issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Experience:- 0–1 years of related work experience.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and understand routine written procedures, notices, bulletins, and work instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate efforts to achieve common objectives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Skillset:- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate others, particularly for progression to higher-level positions.
- Previous logistics, staging, warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Education:- High School Diploma or equivalent.
