Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:

• Provide urgent care services including laceration repair, I&D, foreign body removal, and minor burn management
• Conduct orthopedic exams, joint reductions, and splinting
• Interpret X-rays, EKGs, and Point-of-Care testing results
• Manage airway support and initial emergency stabilization
• Document all patient interactions accurately in Epic EMR
• Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population (birth to death)
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow

What You Need:
Required:

• Virginia Medical License (PA)
• DEA Certification
• Prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience
• Strong skills in suturing, I&D, splinting, and diagnostics

Preferred:

• Experience working in outpatient clinics
• Ability to handle a high volume of patients efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
