What You’ll Do- Provide post-procedural bedside care for neurosurgical patients
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Collaborate with neurosurgery team on patient management plans
- Document patient care and procedures in EPIC electronic medical records
- Assist with inpatient daily care routines
- Contribute to an inpatient hospital setting with adult/geriatric patients
What You Need- Active Virginia Physician Assistant license or eligible for licensure
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a PA, ideally in neurosurgery or inpatient care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting
Preferred: Prior neuro or hospital-based experience
