What You’ll Do

• Provide urgent care services to a diverse outpatient patient population
• Perform assessments, treatments, and procedures such as suturing, I&D, splinting, and minor orthopedic stabilization
• Interpret diagnostic tests including X-Rays and EKGs
• Manage common acute conditions like lacerations, minor burns, foreign body removal, and epistaxis
• Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
• Support safety standards for episodic higher-acuity cases requiring referral

What You Need

• Active Physician Assistant license in Virginia
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in urgent or emergency care
• Proficiency in suturing, I&D, splinting, and diagnostic interpretation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to start as soon as credentialed
