• 7 am - 7 pm and 9 am - 9 pm shifts, Mon - Sun plus night call
• ICU: 1 - 2 patients per day; OR: 0 - 3 daily cases
• Hospital setting -- OR and ICU coverage, no clinic
• First assist role -- large vascular and endovascular cases
• Post-op ICU care -- no advanced ICU procedures
• ACLS certification required
