Job Summary:
• Join our team as a Medical Assistant in the Primary Care department located in Valley Stream, NY.
• This contract position requires working onsite from Monday to Friday, ensuring quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
• Applicants should have experience in clinical settings and be proficient in specimen handling and patient interaction.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
• Certification as a Medical Assistant
• Knowledge of venipuncture and laboratory equipment
• Experience with Adults and Geriatrics preferred

Qualifications:
• Experience in Pediatrics, Infusion, Chemo, or Oncology is a plus
• Proficient in specimen collection and preparation
• Strong communication skills for interaction with patients and staff
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
