Your Day-to-Day (aka the Playbook)

• Results-Driven: Amplify our media sales efforts by leading the sales team to implement local sales and marketing strategies to attract, grow, and retain business, showcase opportunities, and deliver results across our multi-media content platforms and digital assets.

• Strategic Planning: Youll develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that will amplify our sales performance. Youll be the mastermind behind tactics that not only meet but exceed our sales goals.

• Team Development: Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of sales professionals is no small feat! Your ability to motivate and enhance their skills will be crucial in driving performance and achieving success together.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 plus bonus. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
