Project ManagerOur client is a well-established and financially strong commercial construction firm with nearly two decades of success delivering high-quality projects across healthcare, higher education, and premium interior environments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare and Class A interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Job DescriptionManage multiple healthcare and Class A interior construction projects simultaneouslyLead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activitiesCoordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners throughout the project lifecycleMonitor project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and change managementEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements, particularly within occupied healthcare environmentsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunitiesDrive successful project closeout, documentation, and turnover processesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
