We are seeking an experienced Lactation Registered Nurse (RN) to provide breastfeeding education, clinical lactation support, and compassionate care to mothers and newborns.

✨ Responsibilities:

Provide individualized breastfeeding and lactation support to postpartum mothers

Assess breastfeeding techniques, positioning, latch, milk transfer, and infant feeding needs

Develop individualized lactation care plans and provide hands-on education

Support mothers experiencing breastfeeding challenges, including low milk supply, engorgement, pumping concerns, and latch difficulties

Document assessments, interventions, education, and patient progress

Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, pediatric providers, and other members of the maternal-child health team

Educate patients and families regarding breastfeeding, pumping, milk storage, and newborn feeding

Requirements:

✅ Active New York State RN License – REQUIRED

✅ Lactation, Mother/Baby, Postpartum, L&D, NICU, or related maternal-child nursing experience preferred

✅ Strong patient education and communication skills

✅ Ability to work 3x12-hour DAY shifts

$60–$63/hour
