About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations in Sparrows Pt, Maryland. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, daily home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $281 per day, up to $1,690 per week
- Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Home Time: Home daily
- Employment Type: Temp to perm
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a flatbed truck equipped with a Moffett on local routes.
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards.
- Perform light-touch handling tasks, including unloading freight at customer locations.
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Use the Moffett and properly secure, store, and put away straps and other equipment.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Flatbed and Moffett equipment experience.
- No endorsements required.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
