Salary $35,000 - $38,000 plus FREE private 2 bedroom apartment + utilities
GoodLife Innovations is seeking a live-in Professional Neighbor to support the needs of semi-independent clients with IDD living within the same neighborhood.
As a Professional Neighbor, you will serve as a neighborhood network manager and caregiver to provide guidance, remote monitoring, and job coaching for persons served, as well as assist with training and supervision of direct care staff.

Some duties include:
- Identifying community employers and placing clients with jobs that meet their employment goals and abilities
- Assisting individuals in obtaining and retaining employment
- Coaching individuals at job sites to promote on-the-job success
- Providing remote monitoring and support via tech-based monitoring systems
- Teaching and supporting daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
- Transporting clients to appointments and activities in company vehicle
- Training and providing ongoing support to direct care staff
- Completing assigned management and administrative duties
Some qualifications:
- Previous caregiving and supervisory experience preferred
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to live on-site and be on-call
