Position: Litigation Practice Assistant
Experience Required: 3-5 years in litigation support
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Court Filing & Procedures: Handle e-filing in Oregon and Washington state/federal courts
  • Case Management: Manage files from case initiation through trial/arbitration/mediation
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange hearings, depositions, meetings, and related logistics
  • Deadline Management: Maintain docket calendars and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Administrative Support: Open new files, conduct conflict checks, coordinate service of pleadings
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years litigation experience
  • Knowledge of Oregon and Washington court rules and filing procedures
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading abilities
  • Experience with multi-jurisdictional litigation processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with focus on professional development
