Litigation Partner of Counsel (Hybrid in Dallas, TX) (Full-Time)
Location: Hybrid schedule in Dallas, Texas
Salary: $250K - $300K Base Salary

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of experience handling all aspects of defense litigation matters in hospitality (hotels or managed properties preferred), premises or general liability, business/commercial litigation, or related insurance practice
• Trial and arbitration experience
• Experience in supervision and management of multiple attorneys since you will be managing both associates and support staff
• Strong leadership skills
• Appearances in both Federal and State courts
• Admitted to practice in Texas
• Must be available to attend meetings and court appearances in Texas

My Client, a full-service National Law firm with more than 250 attorneys across 16 offices and over 25 practice areas, is actively seeking a Litigation Partner of Counsel to join our growing litigation practice.

We are seeking a candidate with at least 8 years of defense litigation experience in hospitality, premises, or general liability; business/commercial litigation; or a related insurance practice, coupled with proven leadership and supervisory abilities.
The workload and clientele require fast-paced responsiveness and adaptability.
A portable business is not required but welcomed.
