Litigation Paralegal Supervisor

Global top-tier law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Paralegal Supervisor with strong leadership abilities and AI-enabled knowledge base to oversee the firm’s growing litigation paralegal team in California. Supervisor will provide training and support, liaise between attorneys and paralegals, coordinate workflow, ensure timely completion of projects and high-quality work product, monitor billable hours, manage time and attendance, assist with staffing and recruiting, onboarding and training, performance evaluations, provide hands-on litigation support, and assist with other duties as needed. Supervisor will be a key player in the integration and utilization of AI tools for the litigation team. This will include training on AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, quality control of AI-generated work product, evaluation of AI tools, AI-driven workflow improvements, and monitoring AI tool usage and outcomes. Qualified candidates will have a 4-year college degree along with an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate. Firm seeks a minimum of 7-8 years of large firm paralegal experience specializing in complex litigation with supervisory or lead paralegal responsibilities.Salary range is $180-210k, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
