Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions isworking with a well-established law firm who is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Seattle team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys managing complex matters, and can confidently support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain active litigation caseloads in collaboration with attorneys
Draft, prepare, and revise litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, trial materials, and correspondence
Monitor court dockets, deadlines, and electronic filing notifications to ensure timely case progression
Support discovery efforts, including document review, organization, production, and privilege log preparation
Coordinate deposition logistics, prepare exhibits, and assist with trial preparation
Organize and manage high-volume document productions from clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
Track case activity, deadlines, and litigation milestones using spreadsheets and case management tools
Assist attorneys through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial matters
Qualifications:
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm environment
Strong familiarity with Washington state and federal court filing procedures, court websites, and e-filing systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and legal technology platforms
