HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Law Firm with offices across the East Coast to add a Litigation Paralegal to their growing team in Jacksonville. They have been in business for over 75+ years and have over 250+ Attorneys across their office locations nationwide.
The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys across a high-volume litigation caseload by drafting court documents and discovery, managing records and exhibits, conducting legal research, and maintaining strict filing and calendaring schedules

Pay: $80-$100K+ Base Salary plus OT & Bonus! (all in estimate $110k)

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
Draft routine court filings, notices, subpoenas, stipulations, and basic discovery responses for attorney review
Manage record retrieval by requesting, tracking, and subpoenaing medical and educational records from vendors and providers
Organize, index, and analyze medical chronologies, billing records, and case documents for motion practice and trial preparation
Conduct basic legal research and factual case analysis using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and public court records
Prepare trial exhibits, review documents for relevance and privilege, and assist attorneys with witness deposition prep
Litigation Paralegal Qualifications:
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a high-volume, fast-paced defense law firm environment
Bachelors degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred not required
Proficiency in e-filing systems (state/federal), legal research platforms (Lexis/Westlaw), MS Office, and PDF tools like Kofax
